We may not be able to control what happens in the world, but it is absolutely ours to choose how we respond. Meditation can help develop the tools with which to respond and engage more skillfully. And it doesn't have to be guided. You – in a room – alone – with the silence – is truly all that's needed. Many people, however, feel more comfortable being given direction. There are loads of wonderful meditations out there. But as long as you're here, the following are my own personal offerings to you. May they assist in starting or ending your busy day.
